DEFINING, EXPLAINING & SHOWING EXAMPLES OF MULTIPLE NEON STYLES, MOUNTING OPTIONS & COLORS

There are multiple ways to build and mount a neon piece. Often it is difficult to explain to clients how the mounting style will completely change the look of a neon piece.

In the page below we have photo examples with
in-depth explanations of each piece. Please read through all the examples to better understand our terminology and product definitions.

FROM CLIENT DESIGN TO NEON ART

YOUR ARTWORK TO A NEON WORK OF ART

We take your design or logo and turn it into neon. Below in this section are some examples of how we took our client provided artwork and turned it into hand bent neon. We also designed a few in house as well.

Keep scrolling for many more examples, definitions and explanations in this section of our site.

Hand bent neon is land out over a scale print out of  the design There is no digital work involved in neon other than printing out a scale size of the design to be used as a pattern for the neon bending.

LOGO OR DESIGN WITH NEON OVERLAY

WE BRING YOUR LOGO OR DESGN  TO LIFE WITH NEON!

We take your logo and replicate all the details with layered elements giving depth and character. Then we take neon and do an outline overlay over the dimensional elements. Every example in this gallery is an exact replica of our client's logos. We use our their layered art files like Ai, EPS or PDF to ensure all the details are accurate. Then we work to match your Pantone logo colors for a beautiful finish. Stoney Clover Lane and many more brands have choses this style for their neon art branding piece. See many more examples below in the gallery section.

NEON ON LOW PROFILE CAGE

LOGOS, DESIGNS and ART PIECES CAN BE MOUNTED ON A LOW PROFILE CUSTOM CAGE

In this section you will see examples of how we mount neon art on a low profile custom fabricated cages. The cage can also be finished to match the facade where it will be permanently mounted. This is a very common way to mount neon and looks great in any decor style. Ariat chose this for their custom "Blame it on My Boots" neon piece for their Nashville store. NEON FILL IN CHANNEL LETTERS

TAKE YOUR CHANNEL LETTERS TO THE NEXT LEVEL

A neon hand crafted channel letter fill is more like a piece of art than a sign.

A neon or bulb fill looks great in a channel letter whether it be a script or print font. We have examples of both all over this site.

Check out this gallery below to see more examples with descriptions and enjoy our photos of the neon work.

SAMMY RAY'S is an example of our signature MIX & MATCH FONT SET UP done in a a multi color neon fill.

Each letter has a different FONT, different FINISH and different NEON color.

The finish name is MIX & MATCH COLORS & PATTERNS.

You can see more of this finish in the FINISH IDEAS section of the site.

NEON MOUNTED ON SILHOUETTE

We take your logo or design and replicate the silhouette for the base then do a neon overlay of the design. Similar to neon mounted on a low profile cage. The silhouette background is meant to be more of a design element where as the low profile cage is meant to blend with the background.

Hand bent neon is land out over a scale print out of  the design.  There is no digital work involved in neon other than printing out a scale size of the design to be used as a pattern for the neon bending.

NEON MOUNTED ON PLEXIGLASS

YOUR DESIGN IN NEON ON PLEXI

This style of mounting isn't as popular as it used to be but it still looks great for smaller designs. Large neon signs can't be mounted on plexi that is whey there aren't as many examples. Simple outline designs do best mounted on plexi.

NEON ACCENTS FOR ART

FUN NEON ART

We don't have as many examples of this type of NEON art because this is just fun stuff we do in are RARE spare time. I'm sure we will be adding more down the line but for now here are some examples of a NEON overlay to accent an art piece.

NEON CAN SIGNS

NEON CAN SIGNS

Are really fun and cool signs that can be DOUBLE or SINGLE sided. They are built on a vintage style base with hand painted or raised cut lettering. The lines and curves give throw back vibes of signs made in the 40's and 50's.
